Fresolo Obtains $50,000 for Quinsigmond Village Community Center

Worcester, MA- In the FY09 budget $50,000 in funding has been set aside for the Quinsigamond Village Community Center for a part-time outreach worker and other administrative costs.

The funding will employ an outreach worker at the community center that will aid residents in the fields of housing and employment. The rest of the funding will go to administrative costs. Energy efficient windows will also be installed as a result of this funding.

"I am proud to have secured this funding. This money will help the good, hard-working residents of Quinsigamond Village," said Representative John P. Fresolo.
